We had an opening with the Alphons Laudy school on Tuesday 13th of April. I cooked Japanese sweets, Hanami Dango and Sakura mochi, in the morning then the opening started in the afternoon. After the cooking I run to the Glazenhuis to clean and prepare for 70 school children (sounds a lot but the Glazenhuis was big enough to contain them)

Started with a speech by principal and Mariette (art teacher) followed by a project by Ienke Kastelein and a performance by Martin. Some snacks and Japanese sweets in between. It was clearly fun for them.
